Quit Being That Way (A Mental Health Anti-Stigma Video)
This video is not associated with www.nami.org it is one created personally and I referenced NAMI (national alliances on mental Illness) because of their wonderful educational resources and programs that not only help Mental Health Consumers but also the care givers. I wrote this poem based upon my own personal experience being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. If you know someone who has a diagnoses of a mental illness please be a friend to them I am not saying take any abuse off of anyone but the less we judge each other the more we can get accomplished together.
