Young and fashionable clothing for a young adult male.?

I’m a 23 year old male that has recently lost a bunch of weight and gotten back into shape. I need to go buy some more close and while my resources are limited they aren’t that limited. I want to mix something that says I’m an adult, that I enjoy class and things of that nature, but also that I am a 23 year old guy that likes to drink and has piercings and tattoos. I’m wondering how things like that would mix, and any advice anybody has would be great. Right now I run with typically messy short hair, but I might grow it out. I’m not fat but i’m not scrawny either, i’ve got a good build. I’m 6’4″ also.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
to give an example of what I’m thinking of is something like slacks, with dress shoes, and a band tshirt. I mean it’s not something I’d want 24/7 but, something I wouldnt shy away from either.

It would be very hard to tell you in dollars and cents how much it costs to wash just one load. Most washers and dryers come with a energy efficiency card that tells you how much it would cost to wash/dry cloths per month. The number differs depending on the model/ brand you have.
