At the top of your website is the following statement “…is an Affirmative Action Employer. All applicants shall receive equal consideration and treatment in employment without regard to race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, sex, marital status, familial status, or medical condition.
Perhaps these companies don’t supply their Human Resources departments with dictionaries or you just don’t need a brain to work in HR. The definition of Affirmative Action is: “policies that take factors including race, color, religion, gender or national origin into consideration in order to benefit a specific group”
Call me crazy but can someone please explain to me how that is equal consideration?

Welcome to Minecraft 1.1 in Minecraft Cast Away! I’ve started a brand new world with the seed “292202″ which, along with being the official distance traveled in my Far Lands or Bust world, is a seed that spawns you in the middle of an ocean without a single tree. In today’s episode, after recovering from our turbulent visit to the Nether, we make plans on what fun things we can do in our Cast Away world before Minecraft 1.2 is released. I’ve decided on a few rules for Cast Away to keep things interesting: 1) Play on HARD difficulty setting! 2) No setting new spawn points! I can sleep, but have to break the bed immediately after.
