Sites that teach web design for beginners?

Question by Hi!It’sMeAgain!: Sites that teach web design for beginners?
I’d be grateful if you could give me the top five (not necessarily Google’s top five) sites on the Net that teach online web design for beginners. I’d prefer free sites but am ready to pay if it is a really good site. Also I’d prefer video tutorials over written ones.
